Smoothie King

Salesperson refused to place the extra ingredients in the smoothie bowl at the bottom after they agreed to and after I paid over $31 for 2 pb swizzle bowls. Its against policy they stated.

Why would you tell me you would give me the extra ingredients at the bottom of the bowl then after i pay for it the salesperson REFUSED.

The smoothie was placed in freezer after purchase and still hasnt frozen. These were not premade smoothie bowls that most Smoothie Kings have ready and then add toppings once purchased, the salesperson used an EMPTY BOWL, then dug the smoothie portion out and then put oats, fruit, and peanut butter on it.

I dont even have a rating for this store we usually go to the one in Seminole so this was our first time at this location off Bryan dairy road in the bardmoor plaza employee there was extremely rude from start to end my daughter got a banana boat and she made it wrong it tasted like a vanilla milkshake no banana she argued with me that she tried it and it was fine and she was not going to remake it very firm wouldnt give me a refund wouldnt give me managers name and told me to the the *** out I had my two older kids with me I had to have them step out so I could put this employee in check there was no checking her just made the situation worse so to however was working today on the 31st whoever your name is I will find out and go farther with this Ive never experienced such disrespect to my kids and in front of them dont ever go to this location this worker does not care about the integrity of this company and store while I was on the phone with corporate she sat in the back on her phone laughing would provide customer service with any information I will never ever go to this location ever agian and we love smoothie king this is my first horrible review since we started going there which has been for 4 years now never any issues ever but this location I am blown away how this young lady handled herself and I encourage people who live in this area or have been to this location to stop going until management fixes who they have hired to represent this company what a shame I could have went to tropical smoothie instead of dealing with this but my daughter loves there banana boats but never agian at this location ever agian.

And if this employee sees this Im coming for your job your a disgrace to this company and there policies which you did not follow in any way at all you refused everything even when I came in peace and was very peaceful during our order as well horrible horrible!!!

Placed an order on 1/27. Order was to ready at 7:18.

I arrived at the store and they stated they never got it. I told them the ordered had posted to my card. They still did seemed to be concerned. I then placed another order since I did not have my phone.

I would like my refund of $10:52 for the order I didnt receive. I patronize this location 4-5 times a week and would have appreciate better customer service.

I went in to redeem the promotion for my birthday smoothie for $2 and I had responsibly verified earlier I could combine it with the the Friday promo. The cashier was starting to do it when a rude, demeaning NON-MANAGER came out screeching no!!

She cant have it. The vehemence and aggression launched me into tears as it was my birthday and my aunt had passed on Monday. Not only was that loss ignored but the second employee called the non present manager when they saw I began calling corporate with trembling hands and tears streaming down my birthday dress. The manager acknowledged on the phone with me that yes, promotions can be stacked but not on Fridays.

Yet again, my mentioning that please my aunt had passed just this past Monday and I had even called to verify was ignored with no empathy sympathy or professionalism. The eager glee the employee who had appeared out from the back to halt the cashier from finishing my order could not have been more demeaning, cruel or vindictive. Moreover, Deirdre (?), the manager refused to provide her last name literally saying uhhhh which I ended by saying dont worry Ill find it out regardless. This is the Smoothie King located on Ponde de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables, Florida 33134.

I had friends call me this morning to ask me what happened last night because my distress and anxiety were so palpable it was impossible to dissimulate. I lost not only my aunt but a venue Ive always looked forward to for a treat due to the traumatic treatment I was given.
