I'm a regular customer and I go in for the strawberry guava no lemonade Refresher, I always get the 44oz drink witch It's never enough to fit the cup. They always have to put extra ice to make it look full. They have to figure out how to make it with more flavor and that's what I asked, and I got a rude response back "that's what the recipes are" and they would not give me 2 extra pumps that I asked of them I even was willing to pay extra, but no ..

Employee complaint

I'm submitting a report on the three employees known as Dakota, Simon, (and his girlfriend, whose name I don't remember). The whole time at work, they were using inappropriate and foul language, disrespecting me and the workplace from my first day there, and the manager Dakota was even smoking and vaping indoors at the store.

When I was making my smoothie and leading up to me doing so, they were making me feel uncomfortable and demanding producers and things from me that they themselves didn't follow. They were cross-contaminating a lot of the food products and selling them to the customers in their orders, even the vegan orders some customers made, who care more that their food isn't contaminated with dairy and eggs which are served at the store in the powders, creating an unclean environment by mixing and dropping powders into others.

Also, during break, I had my headset on outside, and I was overhearing the conversation Simon and his girlfriend, who works there, were having about me on the headset, disrespecting me, saying things they would never tell me or say to me personally, being very unprofessional and unlikable as people. I want these three individuals fired.

I work at smoothie king on ponce de Leon n my manager refuse to answer the phone and let me know why he does not have me on the schedule I have called multiple times n he refuse to answer the phone...he tells me that he don't have to answer phone even if his employees are blowing him up in a emergency

Unprofessionalism

I worked at the Decatur, Georgia location for two months. The Store Manager, who is 19 years old, doesn't know how to run a store.

Her store was dirty. She allowed an employee to steal someone's gun without filing a police report or reporting it to a manager. She fired me because I had to call out, and I'm pregnant. I worked harder than anyone else there.

Her store has been a topic of conversation amongst other managers due to its filthiness. If you guys could get back to me on this, it would be appreciated, as she is unprofessional and too young to effectively manage that store.

They stole my money.

Smoothie King - They stole my money.

They took money this morning and I didn't even order anything!! THEY'RE GREEDY and I'm sure didn't think I would notice.

But I'm freaking poor. I noticed. That was supposed to go towards groceries for me and my kid dude. This is WRONG.

They told me it was a failed order but they weren't even open when it was supposedly made and it doesn't show for today on my end with the app. The lady told me I have to wait 3-5 business days for this refund. This is wronnnnng!!! Why the heck do I have to pay for them being greedy and me noticing their greed?!?!

I'm really incredibly upset about this today. I just can't believe they STOLE from me!!! I emailed them. So like *I* have to do all the work to get MY money back?!?!?

SO FREAKING WRONG AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I already worked my butt off for this money. This is crazy.

I purchased a smoothie bowl from the Smoothie King in Nederland, TX, as I always do. It just so happened that I ordered today and came across eating plastic two different times in my bowl. My tongue was cut the second time from me attempting to chew and I didn't know what it was at first.

I am a repeat customer at the Smoothie King on City Line Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. This store experiences a lot of foot traffic, but recently, it has been running very slowly.

Often, there is only one employee working, or there are new hires who are not familiar with the high volume of customers.

The store's appearance has deteriorated from clean to dirty, with no napkins or supplies available and juices spilled on the counter. Additionally, the window is shattered, and the cracks continue to grow longer with each visit. This poses a danger, as someone could lean on the window while seated on the bench in front of it.

In just a few months, the store has declined significantly. Today, I ordered online and waited 30 minutes before heading to pick it up.

When I arrived, the store was busy, but my order was not ready because there was still only one person working. I ran some errands and returned later, but my order was still not ready.

I was informed that the receipts had been thrown out during cleanup, so I had to show them my email confirmation.

In total, I spent an hour trying to get my order. Based on this experience, I will not be visiting that location again..

Sounds like they can't find and keep staff. The private owner may want to consider upping the wages if he/she doesn't want to lose their business.

Wrong order

My son and I placed an order for two Chocolate Strawberry Hulk 44 oz smoothies. We received two Strawberry Extreme smoothies with added cocoa that were 44 oz.

This is not the first time this has happened. I would like to communicate with someone to help rectify the issue. I have the receipt.
